This national standard specifies the technical requirements of design、installation、monitor、test and operation maintenance of the involved equipments and systems in order to improve the circulation security and reliability as well as to prevent water and cold vapour from damaging steam tuibines.
This national standard is applicable to the tuibines of fossil power plant.
This national standard is not applicable to the nuclear power steam turbines.
