1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to follow out the guideline of " Secure, Applicable, Economic and Aesthetic” of power construction, unify standards for designing of architectural finishings of fossil fuel power plants, ensure the finish quality, transfigure the interior/exterior environment of building and create civilized production conditions.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to all kinds of fuel electric plant projects of construction, extension and renovation which is provided with a turbo generator unit in a capacity of 50~600MW. The foreign-related project and others may be implemented in the way of cross reference according to the practical situation.
1.0.3 The standard for designing of architectural finishings of fossil fuel power plants were divided into 3 grades related to Grade I, II and III according to the quality of finish materials, construction craftwork and required investment cost. The proportions of finish charges accounting the direct charges of construction investment may be divided into Class A and B, Class A indicates the ones with a single-machine capacity in 200MW and above, and Class B indicates the ones with a single-machine capacity in 200MW and under.
1.0.4 The finish design of each monomial construction shall adopt materials of different grades according to the finish parts and requirements of investment ratio of belonged grade.
1.0.5 Not only the requirements stipulated in this standard, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation, Technical Code for Designing Fossil Fuel Power Plants and Technical Regulation for Designing Construction of Fossil Fuel Power Plants shall be complied with in the design of architectural finishings of fossil fuel power plants.
2 Basic requirements
2.0.1 The interior/exterior finish of all constructions of different grades in power plant includes exterior wall finish, interior wall finish, building floor finish, ceiling-surface finish (includes hung ceiling), partition surface finish (includes partition) , and other finishes (such as pelmet, picture rail, staircase, handrail, window board, lining, radiator cover and step) and door/window. 2.0.2 The exterior wall finish includes ones on the base-course related to wall surface,
